At Go Assist Appliances, we understand that purchasing a new appliance is just the beginning. That's why we offer comprehensive delivery and installation services across the whole UK, including England, Wales, Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands, with no surcharge) and Northern Ireland, as well as BFPO addresses, ensuring your new Hotpoint, Indesit, or Whirlpool appliance arrives safely and is ready to use. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. This is a typical estimate, not a guarantee, and does not affect your statutory rights. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order (or by another date we have agreed with you), you may cancel for a full refund.

Our Delivery Service

We deliver to every room of your choice, whether that's your kitchen, utility room, or garage. Our professional delivery team will transport your appliance carefully to the exact location you specify, removing all packaging materials on the day. We deliver across the whole UK, including Scotland and Northern Ireland, with reliable, tracked delivery options so you'll know exactly when to expect your new appliance. Delivery cost is calculated and shown at checkout (currently £22, £26, £46 or £109 for Delivery, or £120 Standard on a small number of products, depending on the item).

Professional Installation Available

Delivery cost is calculated and shown at checkout. Professional installation is available as an optional shipping option at checkout (for example Delivery & Installation), not as a separate product. Our qualified engineers can connect your washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, or cooker, ensuring everything is properly installed and functioning correctly. This service is particularly valuable for complex appliances like integrated dishwashers or range cookers.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

Your delivery driver will contact you on the morning of delivery to confirm the time window. Allow approximately 1-2 hours for the delivery process. The team will carefully unload your appliance, position it in your chosen room, and remove all packaging. If you've opted for installation, this will be completed on the same day by our trained engineers.

How to Prepare Your Home

Before delivery day, please measure your doorways, hallways, and the installation space to ensure your appliance will fit. Clear the delivery route of obstacles, furniture, and pets to allow safe access. For washing machines and dishwashers, ensure water and waste connections are accessible. If you're replacing an existing appliance, have it ready for removal.

Old Appliance Removal

Old appliance removal is available as an optional shipping option at checkout (for example Delivery & Disposal or Delivery, Installation & Disposal), not as a separate product. Our team will safely remove and responsibly dispose of your previous appliance, saving you time and effort. This service is available for most appliance types; the price is shown at checkout when you select it.
